The Company is not liable for the Participant's failure to read the Terms and Conditions.

ABOUT THE PROMOTION 

 

  • In celebration of our 4 year anniversary we’re going big! We proudly present to you our 50K CHALLENGE: REFER A FRIEND & SHIP FREE PROMOTION.  

  • One lucky winner will win JMD50,000 in account credit to be applied to freight (shipping) fees, based on how many members he/she can refer to ship with Aeolus. 

  • The duration of the promotion is 30 days, from September 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022. 

  • Entries must be submitted in person at our office, located at 8 Hillview Avenue, Shop #11 Kgn 10, St Andrew, Jamaica.

 

HOW TO ENTER

 

It’s so simple, here are the 4 Easy Steps:

  • Refer someone to register, ship and collect a package from Aeolus Shipping between September 1 to September 30, 2022.

  • Ship and collect a package between September 1 to September 30, 2022.

  • Complete an entry form stating the name of the person you refer, your full name, along with the date of your Entry, your Signature and Agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Cast Entry form into the Entry Box at the office, and expect an email confirmation from us following our verification process, detailing the Entry Number and the Packages that qualify for the Entry. 

  • Repeat as many times, and compete for the top spot in order to win the Prize. 

 

ENTRY CRITERIA

 

Eligibility of Entrants

  • Promotion will be open to entrants who are 18 years or older. 

  • Entry form must be filled out by the Entrant upon collection of their package, and accompanied by Valid Identification.

  • Employees and relatives (parents, siblings, spouse, children) of employees of Aeolus Shipping Limited are not permitted to enter.

Eligibility of the Package

  • The Referrer’s and Referee's packages must be collected at our office in person, between September 1 to September 30, 2022.

  • The Referrer’s and Referee's packages must be available for collection in Jamaica no earlier than August 25, 2022. 

  • Management of Aeolus Shipping will apply each qualifying package from the Referrer's and the Referee's account to the entry, in order to verify the eligibility of the packages.

 

THE PRIZES

 

  • The Grand Prize will be won by the entrant with the most entries.

  • The Grand Prize is JMD$50,000 in Account Credit, applicable to Freight Fees only.

  • A Bonus Prize of JMD$10,000 in Account Credit will be awarded to a Random Entrant. 

  • The Account Credit cannot be applied to Customs Fees.

  • The Redemption for the Prizes is period is October 1 - December 31, 2022. 

  • The Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

  • The Prizes are not transferable to any other Account Holder.

 

SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER

 

  • A Score Board will be available for only Entrants to view in office or on our website.  

  • The Score Board will be updated every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from the beginning to the end of the promotion period. 

  • The Score Board will show the Entrant’s Account Number, Entrant’s Initials and # of Entries

  • The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on October 1st, 2022 at 2pm via Website and Instagram

  • The Bonus Prize Winner will be selected manually from the Pool of Entries on October 15th, 2022 at 2pm in office, and broadcasted live on Instagram.

  • The Grand Prize Winner will be removed from the Pool of Entries before the Bonus Prize Draw.

  • The Winners will be notified by email and telephone.

  • The Winners agrees to allow use of their names and photographs for the Company’s publicity purposes at no cost.

  • Failure to allow our use of the above-mentioned will result in forfeiture of the prize to the 1st runner-up.

  • If breaches to this Agreement are identified after the Confirmation of an Entry, the Company reserves the right to withdraw the Entry from the Pool.
