Store Attendant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Attendant at our growing company. This role is a perfect fit for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while also managing various office tasks efficiently. As a Store Attendant, you will be the face of our company, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers while providing essential office management support.
 

This particular role requires:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Must be able to lift or handle a package weighing up to 50lbs

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email, Google Suite, and data entry.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and demanding situations.
- Knowledge of shipping logistics and familiarity with shipping software is a plus.
